About me

Hi, I’m Amy, the founder of Serenity Holistic Therapy. Having spent over 25 years working in an office, i've experienced first hand the physical toll of working long hours at a desk resulting in neck strain, backache and shoulder pain.

Discovering holistic massage therapy was transformative, easing my pain and introducing a sense of relaxation and renewal I hadn’t experienced before. Inspired by its benefits, I qualified as a massage therapist in 2024 to help others find relief from the strains of daily life.

At Serenity Holistic Therapy, we are dedicated to promoting self-care and empowering others to embrace their well-being. When I’m not offering holistic massage treatments, you’ll find me embracing the fresh air and scenic beauty of the countryside, enjoying long walks with my wonderful dog Jasper!
